Yes. The tool utilizes the browser crypto.getRandomValues API with 32-bit integer rejection sampling. Under cryptographic randomness assumptions, each active slice has a theoretically equal chance of selection.
Q: Does the wheel upload my custom choices to a server?
No. All calculations and text parsing occur 100% locally in your browser memory. Shared links encode options strictly in the URL Hash without contacting any database.
Q: Can duplicate options be entered to increase their winning odds?
Yes. Each line represents an independent slice. If you input Pizza twice and Salad once, Pizza occupies two thirds of the wheel and has double the chance of being selected.
