Q: What baseplate size is recommended for portraits?
For portraits, 48×48 or 64×64 studs are recommended for clear facial expressions. For logos or simple art, 32×32 is ideal.
Q: Should I use 1×1 Round Tiles or Square Plates?
1×1 Round Tiles (Part 98138/4073) are strongly recommended for seamless building without rotational alignment worries.
Q: Why should I limit the color palette?
Restricting colors to 16~24 shades avoids rare expensive LEGO colors and simplifies ordering.
